Add Hardware in Control Panel

Tried to install a Webcam (Logitech pro4000) followed instructions did not instal
When I try to install my Logitech webcam Pro4000 using the Add Hardware Wizard in Control Panel i
displays the note CANNOT RUN TWO DEVICE INSALLATIONS
How can I find out waht is still running? It seems its still installing something that has not finished
I ran HDVallet did not help. What can I try? Thanks

Go to search and type in the name of the program to see what is loaded. When found delete and try reinstalling.

Was this system installed using sysprep? Is this for a USB device? For the
latter, check to insure that the device is listed under HCL and that you
have the current drivers. Good luck!
