Executive software's diskeeper is a better program for defrag, imho. It
will defrag restore files. Haven't come across any files it can't
defrag. and it's very reliable.

These files are causing defrag levels of >60% to appear on my defrag alarm. How can I remedy this? Can these files be defragged? Do I need to delete them?
