You will have to do clean installs. You cannot upgrade from a server version
to a workstation version.

The only way to install Windows XP Professional on a computer running
a server version of NT is to perform a "clean install".

Greetings --

No. One cannot "upgrade" from a server OS to a workstation OS.
You may be able to perform clean installations of WinXP onto these
machines, provided that they meet WinXP's hardware requires and the
manufacturers provide WinXP-specific device drivers for the computers'
components.
