      Anything more than the last two or three SRP's are useless
      anyhow. Why not delete them and save the space and hassle?

      I have installed a Logitech Cordless Desktop "Precision"(Keyboard and
      Mouse). Everything works well, but everytime I fire up my computer I get
      this little screen with a warnung that the following data cannot be found.

      I tried finding the problem through Google and through the Logitech Website
      itself, but to no avail. All I get is that the software needs to be removed
      and then updated. I did that through the Logitech Website in that I
      downloaded the newest software, also of no help.
      
      Has anyone else had this problem and how did you rectify it? All help would
      be gratefully appreciated.

      I don't know if this will do any good, but have you tried taking
      ownership of the files first, under file | properties | security. Then
      try the cipher command.

Browser windows closing by themselves

I dont know if this is a new question or a rehashed topic, I was wondering
if somebody can point me in the right direction. When using Win XP Pro and
Internet Explorer....for some reason almost all of my browser windows will
close upon opening a new web page. Is there a fix for this someplace?

    - Hibernate and stuck SHIFT button.
      After hibernating XP, when I return and resume, XP
      doesn't accept my password, because the SHIFT button
      status is on.
      
      So I simply have to press and release the SHIFT button
      which I used to hibernate the computer, then I can log on.
      
      But if I log on to an account which doesn't require a
      password (and because of that I don't have to press the
      SHIFT) and select 'Turn off computer', I can see
      the 'Hibernate' button on the left (instead
      of 'Standby'), indicating that the SHIFT button status is
      on.
      
      I don't know this is an error of XP, or a usual behavior
      of PS2 keyboards which are powered continuously even if
      you turn off the computer, and because of that you have
      to manually reset the SHIFT status by pressing and
      releasing that button.

      I'm the system admin. Our company is using a TCP/IP network with two
      routers. One is connected to the Internet while another is connected to
      another company for a designated application.
      
      The problem is met with the "route add" process...
      
      The route add process is done with login script but ,as normal user don't
      has permission to modify the routing table, it show me something like
      "network access error..." when route add. Of course, it don't occurs with
      administrator right.
      
      Please all experts! How can I make the normal user to perform "route add"
      without problem?
