System32 screen pops up continuously when web accessed

Every time I begin to access the internet, a System32
window pops up saying "These files are hidden". If I X
out of the window or tab over to my web application, the
same system32 window pops up again. It continues to do
this dozens of times over and over again. I have removed
all advertising applications that I can find. Does
anyone know what is causing this?

Greetings --

This can be caused by a blank entry, such as can be left behind by
an incomplete program removal, in the
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and/or
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run keys. It can also
be caused by an entry in these same keys that starts with a " / ."

However, if this occurs only when you connect to the Internet, it
sounds like something or someone is trying to access your computer
from the outside. Does your firewall report any unusual activity?
