Online live tv help

Everytime I go on ACNTV.Com to view the live program I
cant see anything I can only hear what they are saying
and suggestions on what to do.

If the site's offering something like that, they should have a
troubleshooting section. Check there, but my first guesses would be
that you need to update whatever streaming media player they're using
(Realplayer, for instance.)

I can neither see nor hear them in IE6 and NS 7.1. NS shows a link for
a plugin which takes me to Sun Java to download JRE 1.4.2.
I already have it installed and it runs fine with other sites. I'm
guessing it's ACN's problem.
